Fieldworks Supply started in 2016 with a single crewneck. We were tired of sweaters that pilled by spring and tees that lost their shape after a few washes, so we went looking for the heaviest cotton we could find and a mill willing to knit it slowly. The first run sold out to friends and neighbours in a month. Ten years on, the range has grown to trousers, tees, totes and lounge sets, but the idea is the same: make fewer things, make them heavier, and make them to be worn for years rather than seasons.
Every piece starts with long-staple cotton, knitted or woven at a family-run mill in northern Portugal that we have worked with since the beginning. We garment-wash everything before it ships, so it feels broken in from day one, and we reinforce the seams that take the most wear. We keep our colours few and our styles steady, restock rather than replace, and offer free repairs on anything that comes apart at a seam. The crewneck that started it all is still our best seller, and still the piece we are proudest of.
